Teresa O’Halloran

John R. Corrado is an Assistant Vice President at Suffolk Transportation Service, Inc., headquartered in Bay Shore, NY. John plays a key part in maintaining the company’s outstanding reputation and standard of excellence. His main responsibilities are project management, customer relations, and operations management. John is dedicated to upholding Suffolk Transportation Service’s commitment to groundbreaking safety initiatives, superior customer service and investing in an environmentally responsible fleet.

In addition to his leadership role at STS, John is involved in numerous organizations outside of the company. He serves on the board of the United Way Young Professionals Network, a charity organization that contributes to initiatives such as “Stuff a Bus,” which provides school supplies to underprivileged children. He is also a chairman for Drive Electric, an organization dedicated to assisting other institutions achieve vehicle electrification goals. Additionally, he is a member of the New York School Bus Contractors Association (NYSBCA), where he assists in achieving safe and reliable transportation for the state’s children.

John’s family has been providing safe and reliable transportation to New Yorkers for over 100 years, and he plans to continue that legacy. Prior to working at his current position, John was a licensed financial advisor, where he worked with individuals and families on their long-term financial planning.

John attended Fairfield University’s Dolan School of Business where he earned a bachelor’s degree in finance and economics.
